This organization needs your help.

We urgently need your time, your talent, and your tenacity to rescue additional children.

Please partner with us in this unique opportunity to dramatically change lives.

We need:
1) Volunteers to help us ignite this mission;

2) Sponsors to underwrite all or part of the cost of a home for a ‘Family-Center’ orphanage;

3) Volunteers to go to Odessa, Ukraine to assist with the construction of the first girls’ home (we want to move from rented quarters). We hope to begin construction during the fall of 2007. This is probably a 3 to 4 month project – a great opportunity for teams or church groups to go and serve;

4) A volunteer with a real estate background to go to Eastern Europe to find properties for us to flip within two years (this has been the most effective method in Horizons Foundation’s history to generate income locally. We have had wonderful advice and assistance with this endeavor in the Odessa, Ukraine area. But, we are also interested in property in other areas: Poland, Romania, Moldova and other parts of Ukraine;

5) Barely used Pentium 4 computers to send to Moldova, Ukraine and Peru – need 20 per country;

6) Flat screen monitors to accompany those computers – need 20 per country.
